Kini Tinggal Kenangan

Pernah Ada Rasa Cinta Antara Kita
Kini Tinggal Kenangan
Ingin ku Lupakan Semua Tentang Dirimu
Namun Tak Lagi Kan Seperti Dirimu
Oh Bintangku

Jauh Kau Pergi Meninggalkan Diriku
Di Sini aku Merindukan Dirimu oohhh
Kini ku Coba Mencari Penggantimu
Namun Tak Lagi Kan Seperti Dirimu
Oh Kekasih

Pernah Ada Rasa Cinta Antara Kita
Kini Tinggal Kenangan
Ingin ku Lupakan Semua Tentang Dirimu
Namun Tak Lagi Kan Seperti Dirimu
Oh Bintangku

Jauh Kau Pergi Meninggalkan Diriku
Di Sini aku Merindukan Dirimu oohhh
Kini ku Coba Mencari Penggantimu
Namun Tak Lagi Kan Seperti Dirimu
Oh Kekasih

Pernah Ada Rasa Cinta Antara Kita

Japanese researchers develop see-through goldfish

by Miwa Suzuki Miwa Suzuki – Tue Dec 29, 4:41 am ET

TOKYO (AFP) – First came see-through frogs. Now Japanese researchers have succeeded in producing goldfish whose beating hearts can be seen through translucent scales and skin.

The transparent creatures are part of efforts to reduce the need for dissections, which have become increasingly controversial, particularly in schools.

"You can see a live heart and other organs because the scales and skin have no pigments," said Yutaka Tamaru, an associate professor in the department of life science at Mie University.

"You don't have to cut it open. You can see a tiny brain above the goldfish's black eyes."

The joint team of researchers at Mie University and Nagoya University in central Japan produced the "ryukin" goldfish by picking mutant hatchery goldfish with pale skin and breeding them together.

"Having a pale colour is a disadvantage for goldfish in an aquarium but it's good to see how organs sit in a body three-dimensionally," Tamaru told AFP.

The fish are expected to live up to roughly 20 years and could grow as long as 25 centimetres (10 inches) and weigh more than two kilograms (five pounds), much bigger than other fish used in experiments, such as zebrafish and Japanese medaka, Tamaru said.

"As this goldfish grows bigger, you can watch its whole life," he said.

Meanwhile another group of researchers who announced in 2007 they had developed see-through frogs said they planned to start selling the four-legged creatures, whose skin is transparent from the tadpole stage.

"We are making progress in their mass-production. They are likely to be put on the market next year," said Masayuki Sumida, professor at the Institute for Amphibian Biology of Hiroshima University.

Sumida said see-through tadpoles and adult frogs would be available in the first half of next year in Japan for laboratories and schools and as pets, with a price tag expected to be below 10,000 yen (110 dollars) each.

He also wants to sell the creature abroad.

Animal rights activists have pressed for humane alternatives to dissections, such as using computer simulations.

Sumida's team produced the creature from rare mutants of the Japanese brown frog, or Rena japonica, whose backs are usually ochre or brown. Two kinds of recessive genes have been known to cause the frog to be pale.

While goldfish are easier to keep, frogs are higher forms of life and therefore preferable for experiments, Sumida said.

Stop Getting Sick! Easy Ways to Stay Well

By Lucy Danziger, SELF Editor-in-Chief - Posted on Sat, Dec 19, 2009, 5:44 pm PST

Your coworker's coughing, your best pal's a sneeze machine and your neighbor has been home with who-knows-what all week. This time of year—and especially this year (hello, H1N1)—flus, bugs and viruses are everywhere. It can seem like even the heartiest among us is waiting to catch the next sickness that's making the rounds.

My modus operandi when it comes to avoiding illness? I wash my hands whenever I get to my destination (the office, restaurant or home) and eat plenty of citrus and antioxidants in berries, oranges, salads and more. I also like to tell coworkers, "If you're sick, stay home!" and I'm not above rescheduling a meeting with an especially sneezy editor.

So far, my methods are working—I caught a cold earlier this season, but it was the first time in years. If you hate getting sick as much as I do, try these strategies for a healthier winter.

Be a frequent hand washer
Your mitts transmit infections, particularly cold and flu, more effectively than any other part of your body, according to doctors. That's reason to hit the sink soon after you arrive at work and home, as well as after any event that involves a lot of handshaking (meetings) or high-fives (the soccer game). Keep your hands away from your face until you've gotten to a faucet—and even then, refrain from touching your mouth, eyes and nose. Learn when you do—and don't—need to worry about germs.

Don't forget your hat!
Mom was right when she urged you to bundle up. While you can't catch a cold purely from being outside in cold weather, feeling chilly may lower your immunity, says Ronald Eccles, Ph.D., director of the Common Cold Centre at Cardiff University in Wales. Volunteers who submerged their feet in icy water were 20 percent likelier to come down with a sore throat and runny nose than those who kept their dogs warm. If you live in a cold part of the country, buy the warmest winter coat you can find (I just got a purple puffy I'm wild about) and keep your gloves in your pocket, and hat and scarf in your sleeve, so you're ready to go on morning dog walks no matter how low the temps dip. Get tips for staying warm in style.

Carry your own pen
Signing that dinner bill or store receipt could come at a high cost if you use the provided pen—it's loaded with germs and bacteria, says Neil Schachter, M.D., professor of pulmonary medicine at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City. Keep a ballpoint in your bag. Do the write thing in between signing bills, too—expressive writing may encourage the growth of white blood cells, which fight off infection, research shows.

Get moving!
Exercise helps your body look terrific, of course, but it can also help it work better, improving your immunity as well as your bone strength and circulation. Aim to work out for 30 minutes five times a week to feel as fantastic as you'll look. Want to shore up your immunity even further? Spring for a massage post–sweat session (as if you needed an excuse!). People who follow intense gym sessions with a rubdown restore levels of molecules in saliva that stave off germs, a study from the University of Granada in Spain finds. Find a toning routine you can do anywhere.

Countdown to fun
Whether it's a tapas dinner with pals or some well-deserved couch time with your pal Tina Fey, anticipating an enjoyable event lowers stress hormones and enhances your immunity, according to Lee Berk, Ph.D., a professor of pathology and human anatomy at Loma Linda University in California. Put fun first on your calendar—you might see fewer colds and more smiles!

Fill your cart smart
Your prescription for health is right in the produce aisle! Blueberries, green bell peppers, kiwifruit, strawberries and tomatoes all contain vitamin C, to help bolster your immunity. And avocado and spinach are major health improvers, especially when eaten together. Turns out that the monounsaturated fats in avocado release spinach's nutrients: You'll absorb up to 15 times more beta-carotene, which can strengthen the immune system and ward off infection, by pairing the two. A spinach quesadilla with guacamole might be just what the doctor ordered!

Salam... Dear diary...

Today i felt comfortable than yesterday... i want to feel secure in my heart... what should i do... why should i be more sensitive lately... somehow i felt happy even a little thing make me happy... somehow i felt doom... oh my heart... please be strong enough to face the journey of my life... to someone that touch my heart please appear with smile..even though i would fell.. coz i fly to high of dreaming... Dream... please be so lovely to create my morning more cheerful... i pray for happiness every time i breathe... not just for my soul but for entire life thing that can breathe..even for my cat...

You can change your life - if you wanna
You can change your clothes - if you wanna
If you change your mind
Well, that's the way it goes
But I'm gonna keep your jeans
And your old black hat - cause I wanna
They look good on me
You're never gonna get them back
At least not today, not today, not today
If it's over, let it go and
Come tomorrow it will seem
So yesterday, so yesterday
I'm just a bird that's already flown away
Laugh it off let it go and
When you wake up it will seem
So yesterday, so yesterday
Haven't you heard that I'm gonna be okay
You can say you're bored - if you wanna
You can act real tough - if you wanna
You can say you're torn
But I've heard enough
Thank you... you made my mind up for me
When you started to ignore me
Do you see a single tear
It isn't gonna happen here
At least not today, not today, not today
If you're over me, I'm already over you
If it's all been done, what is left to do
How can you hang up if the line is dead
If you wanna walk, I'm a step ahead
If you're moving on, I'm already gone
If the light is off then it isn't on
At least not today, not today, not today

Hugh Grant And Haley Bennett - Way Back Into Love lyrics |

Thursday, December 24, 2009

i just thought he belong to someone...
then sometimes i thought he single
just wonder what character he is
can't define
it was beyond my imagination
only in dream we meet
somehow i feel he likes me
i wonder why i feel hopeless
my mind somehow over me
i just don't know
i want to know
everything about you...
